Quarter Beef Information:*

Processing Costs: $3.90 per lb. (plus sales tax) at Hanging Weight
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of order.
The customer is responsible for processing and packaging costs at the locker.

We've made the selection process easy for you. You decide what selection of meats fit your family and lifestyle the best. We have had customers order all ground beef to a selection of about everything available. We will provide you a processing order form to complete and give to the locker.

The customer is responsible for processing and packaging costs at the locker.

Pricing for Quarters, Halves and Whole Beef Orders (Prices effective May 1, 2018)
Custom Processing is an option versus inspected processing. Custom processing will save you money and you will still get the same quality processing.

Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per quarter, $100.00 deposit per half and $200.00 per whole beef orders is required.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING and PACKAGING COSTS
Packaged meat will weigh approximately 60% of the hanging weight
